#LGelevatedcoast Home Reveal

After two years of hard work, we’re finally ready to share our LG Elevated Coast home reveal!

Located in Manhattan Beach, California, we incorporated elevated essentials to give the home a slight twist while still embracing a coastal statement design. This allows the family to relax and rest in a calmful retreat. And trust me when I say you’re going to want to shop the home for yourself. And for that reason, we’ve made it easy and built out an #LGElevatedCoast collection in our shop (HERE)! This collection will help you to build the foundation for a calming home with elevated essentials and a coastal statement design. Interested in getting a look at our LG Elevated Coast home reveal? Family Room

To kick things off, I’d like to begin with the family room. With a gray L-shaped couch and a bench along the wall, there is plenty of room for seating. The fireplace bench has to be my favorite part of this room in particular because it’s just so dreamy. It’s crafted from a stunning white marble (Calacatta Glossy 12MM) and looks beautiful next to the raked plaster on the walls. We also incorporated white oak and base cabinets that can be opened with a simple touch. It’s modern, accessible, and perfect for a growing family. As for the furniture, the stars of the show are without a doubt our custom-designed Marina Side Chair and Noel Coffee Table, both of which are available in the shop!

Kitchen

Next, let’s take a look at the kitchen. Open and airy, this room is great not only for cooking but for hosting, too! Here, we wanted to really hone in on wood tones with the cabinetry and island paneling, and I think the end result is nothing short of stunning. Featuring tons of white oak throughout (like the reeded hood and cabinets), this kitchen is full of lots of storage space. The island countertop is a white marble (Calacatta Glossy 2 MM), while the backsplash is a custom zellige mosaic tile.

Staircase

Now, it’s onto the staircase! This home originally had an outdated curved staircase that our clients were tempted to change completely, but instead, we designed this dramatic, modern moment that maintained the original architecture. Crafted from plaster, this curved staircase features white oak paneling as well as a built-in bench. With white oak details and a top-mounted handrail, this part of the home is absolutely breathtaking.

Living Room

Moving onto the living room! Featuring a symphony of textures, layers, and tones, the room is left with a curated yet comfortable look. Some of the swoon-worthy features in this space are the warm white oak finishes and the plastered fireplace! Here, we included our new custom-designed Rio Coffee Table, which is clean and organic in design. Pair that with the slanted ceiling and oversized chandelier, and you’re left with one magnificent room!

Master Bedroom

Now it’s onto the bedrooms! Starting off with the master bedroom, this room is equipped with a gorgeous ceiling treatment of slanted beams and a tongue and groove inset painted in Dunn Edwards Muslin Eggshell. It’s truly a sight to behold, and our clients loved how this turned out. In this room, we included our new, custom-designed Ridley Bed, which is crafted from white oak. With tons of windows and natural light, this bedroom is the ultimate place of relaxation.

Girl’s Bedroom #1

Next up is the first girl’s bedroom! If this were my room growing up, I would consider myself the luckiest girl in the world… it’s that darling! The fun feature of this room has to be the loft bed, complete with a custom ladder. It’s a French mattress cushion that we tufted (using performance velvet). Here, we incorporated tons of pillows to allow for a safe space, perfect for reading and hanging out with friends. The bed frame is another beautiful part of the room!

Girl’s Bedroom #2

Last but not least, in our LG Elevated Coast reveal is the second girl’s bedroom! This is another special space that I think will be loved by the clients. Featuring a half-moon linen-blend headboard with a pop of color, this room still manages to be neutral. The best part of this bedroom, though, has to be the swing. Whether she’s studying, reading, or, let’s be honest, scrolling on TikTok, this is an aesthetically pleasing aspect of the room she will use all of the time.
